Wood solid transitions mouldings
Wood solid transitions mouldings are available in different sizes to be used in the transition to other surfaces. The mouldings are fastened to a metal rail, and it is not necessary to secure them with screws. Wood solid transition mouldings are available in different types:
- Reducers are used for transitions between parquet floors and thinner floors. The reducers provide an expansion gap in which the parquet can move.
- Square end cover profiles are used when an end is required which provides an expansion gap for the parquet to move but where a reducer isn’t suitable.
- Threshold mouldings are required for large floors where the floor has to be divided to accommodate its natural movement and it can also be used instead of a threshold.
